A New Playground for Harris-Lake Park Elementary School
We’re thrilled to announce the completion of a brand-new playground at Harris-Lake Park Elementary School! This project represents a true collaboration between our team and several incredible partners, and we’re excited to share the details.
We extend our heartfelt thanks to Beck Engineering, Inc. for their design expertise, Playworld for supplying innovative play equipment, No Fault Surfaces for their high-quality poured-in-place surfacing, and of course, Harris-Lake Park Elementary School for trusting us with this important project.
Designed for All Ages and Abilities
The new playground brings a wide range of play opportunities for children of all ages and abilities. Highlights include:
Inclusive motion play: An Accessible Whirl and Unity Basket Swing allow children of all abilities to enjoy motion play together.
Adventure and exploration: Multiple custom mounded play areas, including a tunnel mound, encourage climbing, crawling, and imaginative exploration.
Variety and challenge: A wide selection of slides, climbers, bridges, and panels helps children develop problem-solving skills, strength, and creativity.
Barrier-free access: Poured-in-place surfacing with integrated designs ensures safe, seamless movement across the play area.
This playground will serve the Lake Park community for years to come, offering a safe, inclusive, and engaging space where kids can learn, grow, and play together.
