Midwest Playscapes provides full-service playground design-build solutions, partnering with landscape architects, schools, parks, and community organizations to bring complex play environments to life. From early planning and inclusive design through installation and long-term support, we help protect design intent while ensuring projects are buildable, code-compliant, and delivered on budget.

PLANNING & PRE-DESIGN SERVICES
We offer complimentary playground planning and design consultations to assess site conditions, evaluate feasibility, and align project goals with budget and accessibility requirements. Our planning services support inclusive playground design, site planning, ADA compliance guidance, and early design assist to help projects move smoothly from concept to construction.
INCLUSIVE & TECHNICAL DESIGN SUPPORT
We provide playground-specific design support, including inclusive play guidance, ADA considerations, layout refinement, and constructability review. Our role is to help ensure designs translate smoothly from drawings to built environments.
PLAYGROUND CONSTRUCTION & INSTALLATION
Midwest Playscapes manages playground construction using in-house, CPSI-certified installation crews to ensure quality, accountability, and schedule control. Our team works closely with designers and project partners during the construction phase to protect design intent and deliver code-compliant installations. We offer both traditional and community-build installation models.
PLAYGROUND SURFACING & RESURFACING
We install and upgrade playground surfacing systems including poured-in-place rubber, engineered wood fiber, and synthetic turf, supporting accessibility, safety, and long-term performance.
SAFTEY INSPECTIONS
Our playground designers, consultants, and installers are certified by the National Playground Safety Institute as Certified Playground Safety Inspectors and can provide full written playground audits or simple visual inspections.
PLAYGROUND RELOCATION & UPGRADES
We assist with playground relocations, expansions, and equipment upgrades, helping clients adapt existing assets to new sites or changing needs.
